Many years late to this video, but I found your video bc I was shocked by my levels last night. I went from a 72 pre-meal to a 146 after 1 hr of eating a small bag of the smart sweets peach rings. The highest my BG ever gets after eating is up to 100, MAYBE 105. Majority of the time my postprandial BG is in the 90s, so I’ll be staying away as well.

NO SEED OILS, No processed foods, no sugar, no grains. I don't do it for weight loss, as eating this way your body knows it's perfect weight. I weight what I did in high school. I'm meat based, I only eat meat, LOTS of butter, eggs, some fruits and veg. Only whole foods. No issues, been eating this way over 3 years. Before that plant based amost killed me. No medications, 60 years old, perfect blood work, amazing heart health.

This diabetes n heart disease is rapid in the family. I lost my dad at age 55 from heart disease n diabetic issues (this was Chris's uncle). Yes, uncle buzz was a young 57 when it hit him. Kristi, it's awful in our family & I am now loosing sight in my left eye due to diabetes. Pls tell Chris, I'm praying ..love you all !

Sorry I’m late to the party lol. The last time I did a keto plan was over 10 years ago. I am so excited to see all of the new product and be able to physically test to see if something is affecting. Your glucose is priceless. This is the tool I’ve always needed to keep me going because I’ve always trusted the labels in supermarkets. It’s funny because every time I talk to my mom about being in a keto lifestyle her responses I like vegetables too much. I don’t think there’s any vegetable you can’t eat. And there’s many fruits that are lower in carbohydrates. And there’s plenty of substitutions. I don’t get it. Why people have this mindset it’s tunnel vision.

Omg I am Bariactric patient since 2017 I have had 8 infusions as well. My last one was 6/22. My ferritin was 10 and iron saturation was 15%. I go back to the hematologist July 10th for blood work. I’m having headaches, dizziness and nausea.

I always laugh when I see things that don’t normally contain gluten put gluten-free on their labels. Most sauces don’t contain grains and grain is what gluten comes from. So naturally, it wouldn’t have gluten in it anyways. It’s like when you see licorice and it says fat-free. It still has sugar but it’s fat free. it’s all marketing.

It is good to see you, I know you have been going through a lot with Mr. Quincy, our inherited fur baby had 8 seizure in less than 8 hours, had to be hospitalized so I get that her one little stone was more than your wedding band, yes $$$, however we do what we can. I will be joining in you in the 10 day detox and yes I did order the book for reference. Sorry to hear about Chris and his lab results, the good news is we can make changes in our lifestyle and hopefully turn things around. Take care and looking forward to the “detox” videos.

I would like to hear more about Chris cause I have a few numbers out of whack since doing Keto! I know years of metabolic syndrome don’t heal right away, so I’d find it extremely useful to know a bit more about the Detox Diet also! Thx! And prayers for better days! 💕

My 1 1/2 month old grandson just had to have kidney surgery due to hydronephrosis that didn’t resolve before he was born. He was also in NICU for 4 days due to a heart issue just after he was born. His kidney function is only at 37% in both kidneys because they just now were able to do the surgery…. Things have been so stressful for us here as well, so I understand. My husband is 52 and I am almost 50 myself. We have been really trying to watch our health and take better care of ourselves as well. I will keep you both in prayers. Hugs and love to you! 💕
